Hayao Miyzaki Tribute Page Website Design, 2021

Sublime Text
An interactive website design dedicated to Hayao Miyzaki—a famous storywriter, animator, and more for Studio Ghibli. Using P5JS (javascript library) and Sublime Text (a shareware text and source code editor), I was able to create and design a fully functional website page. Seeing as this was a dedication to Miyazaki, I decided to take all my inspiration and design choices from his very own films. Combining interactive devices such as a clickable image slideshow and gallery popup, I did my best to enhance Miyazaki’s works and films.

Interactive Devices
1. Random image generator
When clicking the “see more?” prompt under the image gallery, the gallery will automatically refresh with randomized images from the film.



2. Image Gallery Popup
When clicking on one of the images from the image gallery, the image will enlarge and allow the user to flip through the rest of the images in the gallery by clicking on them.
